Choose from fajita beef or chicken (1 pound); plus 1 quart Mexican Rice, 1 quart charro beans, and the following (8 oz. each):
cabbage-cilantro slaw, guacamole, sour cream, mixed cheeses, pico de gallo; fried jalapenos; 15 corn or flour tortillas, and chips & salsa.
